I'm ASMR Shortbread – aka Shortie – a Scottish lass on that weird side of YouTube, making relaxation videos to help people sleep. Thanks to a mishap involving a broken foot and three weeks off work, I’ve been making ASMR since 2018. It’s been a mad, exciting journey, and I’ve loved every bit of it. Turns out, whispering away in my room is just as soothing and therapeutic for me as it might be for you, the listener.
