A bit about me😊
My name is Tyla. I'm 19yrs old and I'm from England. I first descovered asmr about 3 years ago and since then it has helped me in so many ways. I struggled with clinical depression since I was 11. This makes it quite hard to sleep sometimes and also to relax. But since asmr i am able to relax/sleep a lot easier now😊 for that reason I created this channel. To help other people that may be struggling. I want every one to know that this is a safe place where you won't be judged.😊
