Hi, and welcome to my ASMR channel 🙂

If you are not familiar with ASMR, then you are probably wondering about, what the heck this is 🙂 Well, let me try to explain. ASMR means autonomous sensory meridian response, and when you experience ASMR, you feel a nice chill or a tingly sensation on the skin. Usually, it begins on the top of my head and moves down my spine and out to my arms. You can also relax or even fall asleep to this.
I personally believe that everyone can experience ASMR. It's just a matter of finding what triggers you ☺️
