オランダと日本のミックスで現在日本に住んでいる22歳です。
一応日本生まれですが９歳まで日本で過ごし、中高はオランダで通ったので、漢字など勉強中です笑

そんな私ですが、不眠症やパニック障害、鬱、不安症の方々だったりこの忙しい日々の中で少しだけでも安心やリラックスをしたいという方々を微力ながら応援することが私の生きがいなので日々動画投稿を頑張っています！
