The term "intentional ASMR" does not always apply here at my channel because many of my videos are just me doing the things I normally do to unwind, and the ASMR qualities are a happy by-product.

Information sometimes comes from publications lining the shelves of my humble library, but frequently it just comes from knowledge picked up over a lifetime.
