Hey guys, I'm a huge ASMR fan and decided to make my own asmr videos!

ASMR stands for "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response." It typically refers to the "tingly feeling" that travels from the head downward that some experience in response to certain sounds, feelings, or descriptions. These sounds and sights can include hair brushing, crinkling paper and hand movements.

My favourite ASMR triggers are jean scratching, hair brushing, hair play, brushing leaves, tapping and scratching on shoes, fake plant sounds, hand movements and page turning crinkles.

I hope my videos give you the chance to relax and to feel those amazing tingles!
