My style of ASMR is very laid back, just doing triggers & whisper rambling about my life a lot. I try to make my videos feel like you are just sitting & chatting with a friend, while simultaneously being relaxed. So what is ASMR you may ask?
ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is a relaxing, often sedative sensation that begins on the scalp and moves down the body. Also known as "brain massage," it's triggered by placid sights and sounds such as whispers, accents, and crackles.
Here is the formal definition 👆🏻 but I just like to say that its something that helps you feel relaxed & go to sleep 💛
