What is ASMR? ASMR ( Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) is a term used for a phenomenon experience characterized by a static-like tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the spine and sometimes to the peripheral regions of the body. It is a pleasurable and satisfying feeling that some would call it relaxing.
