I fully blame LoveLuxury tiktoks on my feed for fueling my desire to suddenly learn all about Hermes bags and why the heck they're so expensive???? Extremely fun rabbit hole - and then I got it in my head that I REALLY. REALLY. Needed to TOUCH ONE. Surely with that price tag and exclusivity, the materials and quality would have to be INSANE - and leather / bag sounds are one of my favorite ASMR triggers! Sooo0o0o0o0 - I finally found a place where I could rent a legitimate Birkin (which was also even really hard to find?!) and SHE CAME IN THE MAIL.... AND I FILMED THIS VIDEO WITH HER!!!! Sadly only had it for a few days, but at least this video will live on forever ~ hahahahah. Not gonna lie, the quality truly was unprecedented to anything I'd held before... Now I want to try all the other types of leathers that Hermes offers... hit me up anytime, Hermes! I'll be here!! lmfao
Then I rented a few other kinda-similar bags at various price points on Rent the Runway to compare! What do you think? Can you hear the difference between them??
