Welcome in. Tonight, I’m going to make you something to help you settle down and get ready for sleep. 🌿
First, we’ll get you comfortable and clear away some of the negative energy you’ve been carrying so it cannot interfere with anything in the apothecary.
Then I’ll get to work on your sleep potion.
You can simply rest while I leaf through my potion book, take notes, prepare the herbs, grind the ingredients, add water, and quietly work through the recipe. Most of the potion making is done with soft and inaudible whispers so you can let the sounds take over while your mind slows down.
This video includes personal attention, inaudible whispers, soft whispers, page turning, writing sounds, crackly herbs, mortar and pestle sounds, stone tapping, grinding sounds, water sounds, bubbling, porcelain tapping, gentle hand movements, face brushing, mic brushing, and plenty of soft tingly sounds for sleep.
Once your potion is ready, we’ll finish with your daily dose of optimism and some gentle face brushing while you let the potion do its work. 💖
