Friday has entered the chatttt ☀️
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how necessary it is to actually take a day off sometimes… like a real one. No laptop nearby, no “I’ll just answer one email”, no pretending that checking work from the sofa somehow counts as resting :pppp
With the temperature we’re having here, honestly all I want is iced coffee, cold water and to disappear somewhere underwater for a few hours. I’m sososoooo ready to go diving again, switch my brain off and just exist like a tiny peaceful fish lol (little mermaid vibes)
So this is your reminder, and also mine, that resting is not wasting time (smth I struggle with fr). Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is leave everything alone for a day and come back feeling like an actual human again ^^
For now, I’ll settle for my iced coffee and continue mentally planning my escape to the seaeee!!! It's sooo clozzzeeeee 🌊✨
