THE HYMN OF THE PEARL — The Soul That Forgot It Was Royal 💎🌿

Have you ever missed a place you cannot remember?

Felt homesick without knowing where home was?

Nearly two thousand years ago an ancient story described a soul that left its royal home, traveled into a foreign land, and forgot who it was. 🕯️

The Hymn of the Pearl survives inside the Acts of Thomas. It tells of a prince sent by his royal parents from the East into Egypt to retrieve a single pearl guarded by a serpent. Before he leaves, his luminous garment is taken from him and kept safe. He enters the foreign land. He adapts. He eats their food.

And he forgets.

He forgets his parents. His homeland. Why he came. The pearl. He falls into a deep sleep and begins living as though Egypt were the entire world.

But something at home still remembers him. 🌀

This transmission is unlike most on this channel. For the first half you are not taught the story. You are inside it. Only later do we open its symbols. The homeland. The garment. The food of forgetting. The letter that rises up and speaks. The serpent. The pearl. The return. And the moment the prince sees his garment coming toward him and recognizes himself in it.
