Let's adjust and tweak and stretch your spine, arms, shoulders, and more with this customized bodywork session for you. There's a lot of different kinds of bodywork, but we're not following any specific modality, and just going with whatever your body is looking for right now.
All the bodyworks I mention, and bodywork in general, is 📢 PSEUDOSCIENCE 📢 From Wikipedia: "Pseudoscience consists of statements, beliefs, or practices that claim to be both scientific and factual but are incompatible with the scientific method." This video is only intended for relaxation purposes, and I'm just an actor on the Internet.
Our ramble topic is: autumn! The smells, the sights, the vibes. Why ramble about something random? Typically, narrating actions would get repetitive/boring after 10–15 minutes, which leaves 30–35+ minutes of dead air, and commenters wanted more speaking, so I started talking about things I found interesting, and people were really into it, and thus it had been implemented as a permanent fixture.
