If this isn't your cup of tea...it will be replaced with a tapping video, some time later in the week, when I get a spare moment and I will share this elsewhere instead. I promised you the full version and here it is, with a few little disturbances from errant dogs and the odd tummy grumble and growl. Lace scratching is one of my absolute favourite triggers and I never fail to feel super relaxed when I have to edit these moments...one by one...so so slowly.
