ASMR for when it's PAST YOUR BEDTIME! 💤 Ear to Ear Whispers to SLEEP FAST!

Good evening!
Tonight I prepared for you a session for those restless nights when you just can't seem to fall asleep. We'll do a series of exercises with guided breathing to slow down your heart rate and put your body ready to sleep, and we'll also be doing a few relaxing ear to ear hand sound games to put your mind attention into the sounds and help you drift off. I highly suggest you listen to this video with your eyes closed.
This video is all in ear to ear close whispering with all "organic" triggers, only voice and hand sounds. It may contain some unintentional mouth sounds.

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
