I've been listening to rain sounds every night before bed, and I've gotten so used to them that I actually miss them when they're not playing on tv. 🥲 My brain just needs the softer rain sounds to pay attention to and relax. If that's your case too, and before you think about anything else, get comfortable, let your shoulders relax, and stay here with me for a while. Tonight is all about slowing everything down with cozy whispers, fluffy sounds, gentle movements, and the comforting feeling of rain in the background.
This session was built around one of my favorite combinations for deep relaxation: fluffy mic brushing and soft rain sounds. Throughout the video you'll hear slow face and mic brushing, gentle hand sounds, face scratching, soft gloves, fabric sounds, a microfiber towel transforms the microphone into a completely different sound, creating deep, soothing textures that many people say remind them of gentle ocean waves. Everything is slow, giving your mind plenty of room to quiet down without ever feeling rushed.
If you're trying to fall asleep, calm racing thoughts, or simply take a break from a busy day, I hope these sounds become a cozy little place your brain can return to whenever it needs it. So, my only suggestion tonight is a simple one: close your eyes whenever you're ready, let the rain stay in the background, follow the fluffy sounds from ear to ear, and let your body sink into the bed 😴
