*clips should be at least 30 seconds long but no longer than 2 minutes
*if you have an ASMR channel you can verbally mention it and/or edit it into your clip and send me the link to your channel
*film it horizontally (vertical vids that look like reels, shorts, tiktoks etc. will not be accepted)
*can be any type of asmr but don't show your tongue if you do mouth sounds and refrain from loud and aggressive types of asmr
*have fun with it! there are so many different types of asmr you could do (fall triggers/cozy vibes are highly encouraged 🍂☕️🧸)
