I know sometimes not being able to fall asleep makes us really nervous.
And we all know that the harder we try to sleep, the less we can when it comes to insomnia..
So I just thought "Let's just not try hard for it, just let go of our anxieties about sleep and stay awake as long as we can!"
Then we might have a chance to fall asleep at some point lol
So.. Today, I'm just going to be with you for relaxing night :)
(But if you fall asleep, It couldn't be better ! ♥)

안녕하세요 여러분 - 혜랑입니다 :)
오늘은, 잠들지 못하는 여러분을 위해 무엇을 할 수 있을까 생각하다가 때때로 잠에 들 생각을 하면 할 수록 더 잠들지 못하는 상황에서 더욱 스트레스를 받는 저를 떠올리게 됐어요 ㅎㅎ
그래서 차라리 "자려고 애쓰지 말고 그냥 잠이 올 때까지 편하게 있으면 어떨까?"라는 생각을 하면서 -
오늘은 그저 잠이 오지 않는 여러분을 위해,
그리고 지친 하루였을 여러분을 위해 ,
친구가 옆에서 이야기도하고 케어해주는 느낌으로 영상을 가지고 왔어요 :) 물론 잠에 든다면 더할나위 없겠지만요 ! :)
매일이 굿나잇-이긴 어렵겠지만,
그래도 잠시나마 편안함을 가져다 드릴 수 있길 바라는 마음으로
