ASMR Hospital Lab | Blood Draw w Anxious Patient | Exam & Culture Swab Collection

The Cozy Hospital ASMR
Publicado hace 10 meses

Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You've come into our outpatient lab today to have blood testing done as well as a culture. Our phlebotomist will take her time with you to help ground you and keep you calm, working through your anxiety.

Exposure therapy is big in our house with working through anxiety. I know a blood draw isn't the most relaxing sounding theme for an ASMR role play but since I have read in some comments that some folks watch my videos to help them feel more confident about going in for procedures, I thought it might be helpful to go through the motions of a blood draw slowly to help exposure yourself to the process and mentally calm and prepare.

Many of the procedures are altered for ASMR purposes and because I'm not filming in an actual medical facility. (Some of them are completely fictional they just involve neat sounds.) Please consult your doctor or a reputable health care source if you have any health questions or concerns.
