Sorry for the typos! My software combined with my exhausted brain caused me to make some really moronic mistakes.

Hit the pause button and take notes!
At the very least learn these sentences:
どう思いますか？/Dou omoimasuka?=What do you think?
Whenever you hear the expression ~方がいい。/~hou ga ii. it means someone should do something.
Example:
やめた方がいい。/Yameta hou ga ii.=Someone should stop that.
行かない方がいい。/Ikanai hou ga ii. = Someone should not go.
たばこはやめた方がいい。/Tabako wa yameta hou ga ii. = You (or someone) should quite smoking.
