"What is required of you to step into your true authentic self?"

Stepping into you we truly are as a being, and as who we came here to this life to be is a journey, that requires us to be willing to unlearn what we were taught about how we're supposed to speak, act, dress, eat, play, work, feel, etc. It requires a commitment and a true willingness on our part, to be willing to welcome the true us without having decided what that looks like or how it shows up. And to be truly willing to stop living to make others comfortable, to make others happy, and start living to make YOU happy - even though it makes others uncomfortable.

I have three piles for you to choose from, for a more accurate message. I will release an accompanying ASMR Healing video with the same theme to contribute to you stepping into your true self, to contribute to transmuting what is in the way of that, and to contribute to healing any traumas that are still in your cells and DNA, holding you back.
