Giving myself an insulin injection 💉 ASMR style #shorts

When I was 15 years old I was diagnosed with type 1 diabtes, which is an autoimmune disease. Still we don't know what causes this disease, yet there's a majority of people that think you get it due to an unhealthy lifestyle, this is NOT true, please educate yourself on this matter before making any assumptions 🙏
In this little short I show you how I give myself in insulin injection, it doesn't hurt and this month I've been doing this several times a day for 21 years 🙂
