ASMR Helping A Friend Get Ready For Her First Date

Helping a friend get ready for her first date. She comes to me needing some help. She is very anxious and I help relieve her anxiety. She has never been on a date before. I say some words with light hand movements, and couple deep breaths that help her relax. I will be giving her some personal attention by brushing her hair, trimming her hair, washing her face, and color analyzing her to assist with what color to wear. We go with a light blue that helps with calm and bring her to serenity. To help boost her confidence I say a bunch of first date affirmations. And then send her off to another friend that will help her with the rest, like makeup. Intended to relieve anxiety, stress, and to help you sleep.
