Hello my beautiful friends,
Tonight I’m joined by my lovely friend Natasha, founder of wood.wellbeing. Natasha helps me host my monthly sound therapy and ASMR experiences. Natasha spends so much time caring for others, so tonight it was my turn to look after her.
She mentioned she hasn’t been sleeping very well lately and her face has been feeling a little puffy and tired, which is very common when we’re run down. So in this session I’m performing a gentle lymphatic drainage facial massage, designed to encourage circulation, reduce fluid retention, and promote deep relaxation.
