🌟 Hypnotizing Deep Muscle Relaxation to Release Stress & Sleep 💤 ASMR Soft Spoken Guided Meditation

Decompress & destress the deep muscle tension in your body under a starry night sky :) this video combines hypnosis, progressive relaxation, guided meditation, and somatic therapy for an effective relaxation and sleep aid. There is a lot of 'focus' triggers as well as 'follow my instructions' for tracking my finger or moving a body part or clenching a muscle group. This was designed to help break the pattern of mind spiraling or anxiety or general restlessness. Lots of deep breathing of course, but a lot of focus on manually relaxing your body bit by bit and getting out of your head and into your body :)
