Hello! Today I bring you an Anxiety Relief video with guided relaxation in only 10 minutes! I did some research and condensed a few methods to calm your mind and body in a short amount of time.
We'll be doing some guided meditation with deep breathing exercises, counting to 10 with mindful breaths and also a quick body scan (in a sort of follow my instructions style but fully focused on anxiety relief).
The video is in soft-spoken voice but I also mix some ear to ear whispering.
First version includes soothing rain sounds and Second Version is voice only as usual.

What is ASMR??
