I saw a specialist for my back pain, he targeted the source of my pain which appears to be some sort of trapped nerve.

This was not a relaxing spa massage, the therapist used strong pressure techniques on my back, neck and shoulders to work on areas causing discomfort and restricted movement.

It's quite a hard slow massage, but really goes to release the tension and help relief trapped nerves for me.

There is no talking, so enjoy the ASMR
