💌 What is ASMR?
• ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, and it refers to the tingly and relaxing sensation someone feels, usually on the back of their neck and upper spine, when exposed to visual, auditive and/or cognitive triggers such as tapping or scratching on different materials, mouth sounds, plain whispering, etc.
