There is a question most people spend their entire lives asking without realizing it is the wrong one.

Not who am I. But how did I come to believe I was this. 🕯️
Because the self you are living inside was not discovered. It was constructed. Layer by layer, movement by movement, from the first breath taken in a world that required adaptation long before it offered understanding.

In this transmission we trace that construction with extraordinary precision. Five distinct movements, each one adding another layer over the original luminous openness that existed before memory, before language, before the world began its long patient work of shaping a soul into a self it could manage. 🌀

The Gnostic story of Sophia's descent is not mythology. It is a map of something that happens in every human life. The original divine consciousness encountering a world that cannot always hold it, learning to contract, to protect, to perform, to forget.
