Because my ASMR for Anxiety video received such a lovely, overwhelming response from all of you, I thought I'd make something similar. Just you and me, a cosy chair, a cup of hot tea, and a fluffy mic cover. I don't know how much I can do to help you, but I hope that I can at least take your mind away from some of that darkness for a little while, give you a little bit of comfort if you don't have that in your life right now, and make you feel just the smallest, tiniest bit less heavy in this big huge world.
