I am honored you stopped by This ASMR Reiki Life. I'm Kelly Jean, and this YouTube Channel offers Distance Reiki sessions infused with ASMR and other energy-based modalities including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Crystals, Vibrational Sound Healing, and other mindfulness techniques. The intention with the channel is to offer a space for cultivating practices of healing, wellness, relaxation, and stress reduction for new and old friends and those curious about the immense power we possess within ourselves.

My reiki practice includes training in Reiki 1 and 2, Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Master, Usui Holy Fire® III Karuna® Master, Animal Reiki Master, and Reiki Drumming™️ certifications. However, the videos you’ll find online as well as my in-person classes are informed by a lifelong curiosity and appreciation for health and wellness spanning many modalities, including hatha yoga training, spiritual practices such as Nichiren Buddhism and meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping, Improvisational and theatre arts, and even remote viewing techniques.
