hi guys… please take everything I say in this video with a grain of salt. this is just what I’ve been going through that I haven’t been telling you guys about, in the past year and so :( it’s been so debilitating having to deal with these thoughts everyday and not even being able to control them, and being able to say that the reason I feel like this is because I have “anxiety” has made it a lot easier for me because I feel like there’s finally an explanation for why I’m like this and that maybe I’m not “crazy” after all, since a lot of others go through this. I know I’ve never been professionally diagnosed with anxiety, ptsd etc but hopefully I can get the therapy I need soon to get that answer and know for sure what’s going on. ily guys and just wanted to let you know what’s been going on, and try and see if any of you guys would be able to relate. cardiophobia and thanatophobia has been taking a toll on my daily life and mental health. hopefully none of you have to go through that :(

also update: I just took a beta blocker, specifically bisoprolol (a pill that slows your heart rate) since my heart rate is at 100+ bpm bc of my anxiety and it will just not go down no matter what I do. this is the first time I’ve taken a heart medication so hopefully I don’t suffer from any life threatening side effects 😀👍
