-The Transition: As my muscles softened, the therapist moved into a deeper, more intense pressure to release long-held tension in the arches and heels.
-Leg Revitalization: A full leg massage followed, improving circulation and melting away fatigue.
-The Grand Finale: We concluded with a dedicated shoulder massage and a professional stretching sequence that left me feeling completely weightless.
