In this video, I'm going to be measuring your face for a sleep mask. This measuring session won't be too long, as I will only be measuring your face in order to help you fall asleep.
I promise I'm not dumb 😭 If you saw my thoughts in this video I was overthinking HARD about vertical and horizontal and I can't believe I messed that up multiple times.. one of those days where the mind goes absolutely blank on something so simple. Also your forehead is not 5 feet long no worries ;)
This video is intended to help with sleep, insomnia, relaxation, stress, overthinking, tingles, and anxiety. Triggers include measuring, whispering, writing sounds, personal attention, unintelligible whispering, and measure sounds.
