ASMR Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Session | Dr. Karuna x Dr. Batala

Tonight’s video is another collab with the beautiful Batalas ASMR! We decided to do something tingly, yet still meaningful. About a month ago I released a video doing a therapy known as “EMDR”, or “Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing”. A therapy where visual and audio stimulation is used to reprocess the brain after certain trauma, depression, ptsd, etc is present. The reaction to the video was very positive, and we wanted to re create that today. Dr Karuna will be doing a short session specializing in Trauma, and then I’ll be handing you over to Dr Batala, who will also be doing a short session, only in depression. Please remember you only have to remember what you choose to, do don’t feel pressured to feel a certain way. This video is meant for relaxation and tingles, especially with the triggers such as light, hand movements, our mouth sounds and use of soft voices. So please.. sit back, relax, and let us work on some issues. Know I love you with ALL of my person, and Batala loves you too!
