If I could turn back time I would give you more kisses and hugs. I would bathe you more often. I would take you to the park for more hours. I'd run by your side until you got tired and accompany you to the bushes you loved so much to explore what's new and walk by your side back home.
If I could, I would erase the times I scolded you for your antics. I'd let you break all my shoes on the condition that you stay with us longer. 5, 10, 20 more years, the enough time until we both get our heads filled with white hairs and leave together to never be alone again. If I could turn back time I would go back to when you were just born. I would wrap you in my arms again until you fell asleep. I would kiss your soft forehead so you wouldn't cry anymore and I would look at you with love, waiting for you to wake up again.
