ASMR✨REIKI Root Chakra Healing and Balancing⚡(Chakra Info, Rain/Thunder Overlay)

Today, I will be teaching you everything that I have learned on the Root chakra which element is Earth. All this information is meant to help heal the root cause of what’s keeping your chakra close relating to health issues. Then afterwards will be using stones for the root chakra and send you crystal energy. These energies will assist you in your healing journey, but you have to do the work. I am here to help guide you and tell you everything you need to know. Including in this video is information regarding the root chakra, aura cleanse, negative energy removal, open root chakra, balance energies, use reiki symbols, send healing energy, soft spoken voice, hand movements, and light tapping. The words "I AM" are associated with this chakra. The chakra symbol is a lotus floor with 4 petals. Located at the base of the spine, käkˌsiks to be precise. It deals with survival which is blocked by fear. It is tied to the adrenal glands. Regulates different hormones such as: cortisol (to release more glucose into the blood for a quick energy fix) and epinephrine (formerly known as adrenaline, enabling us for a fight or flight response), aldosterone (or water retention in the kidneys, to prevent dehydration)

Physical signs for out of alignment. Such as hypertension, all leg issues, feet problems, all knee issues, bladder problems, sciatica, prostate issues,
hemorrhoids.

Emotional issues: restlessness, feeling abandoned/neglect, anxiety/panic attacks, fearfulness, anger, greediness (or any money worries/fear), fear of change impatience, selfishness, poor
boundaries.

Activities: yoga & mudras (good for all chakras) sitting on the ground, walking barefoot outside, gardening, hiking in a forest, cooking and cleaning in the home/office, any/all exercise, pottery, spending time in the basement, and grounding mats.

Stones: all obsidians, most agates, hematite, red tiger's eye, onyx, most
jaspers, black tourmaline, shungite, garnet, ruby, jet, red & brecciated
jasper, Sedona sandstone, poppy jasper, terahertz, lava, flint, smoky
quartz, larvikite, arfvedsonite, cats' eye, dendrite, galena, hypersthene,
black kyanite

Colors to wear: red, black, brown, silvery grey

Foods/herbs to eat: Any root veggies or red veggies/fruits; beets
rutabagas, garlic, ginger, turnips, potatoes, parsnips, strawberries, apples.
cranberries, raspberries and pomegranates, horseradish, burdock
dandelion

Essential oils/Incenses: patchoul, vetiver, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cedar

Sounds: Musical note C, 256 Hz for the chakra or 396 Hz (Solfeggio)

Elemental: Thunder

Astrological sign: Capricorn.
