Quick shortcut for everyone. Cut vs Bulk foods, veggie version.

Cutting? Eat these. Bulking? Eat those.

The difference:
Cut = Lower calorie density → Leaner proteins → Lower calorie carbs → Moderate fats → High-volume fibers

Bulk = Higher calorie density → Fattier proteins → Higher calorie carbs → Calorie-dense fats → Energy-dense fibers

How to use this:
Cutting? Pick from left column.
Bulking? Pick from right column.

Mix and match.
