A little bit of inspiration in my home gym - core burners, birdsong and whispers

Don't be deceived by the sunshine. It was 1 degree above freezing but I had worked hard and was hot. Some thirty minutes later and the sun has run away with possibly the moon's spoon or was it the cow? I'm off in search of muddy puddles and to sing out loud if I can catch my breath in the midst of storm Christoph.

Everything you see, I built myself. I am so much more than lollipops and other random stuff

I have no idea what I will bring to you later on but I will think about it as I dodge fallen branches and trudge through muddy fields with my almost too tatty boots and attitude
