ASMR - Inkblot Session for Anxiety 🦑

Today, we will be conducting an inkblot deciphering session, in an effort to hopefully tap into your subconscious and figure out why your anxiety has been increasing lately! We will look at a series of 10 cards, in 3 different ways, and then discuss potential results.
