Hello my Darlings,
Tonight, I wanted to create a reiki session to support you in those moments when you're feeling unsure of who you are, where you’re heading, or what’s meant for you next.
When the old version of you doesn’t quite fit… but the new version hasn’t fully appeared yet.
This isn't about getting answers tonight.
It's not about creating a plan.
Because first, you just need space to breathe, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
This session will help to clear emotional and mental fog, soothe the nervous system, and support you in reconnecting to that beautiful inner voice again, without force or pressure.
✨ We are focus on:
• Clearing mental overwhelm and emotional heaviness
• Rebalancing the solar plexus (identity & personal power)
• Calming overthinking and self-doubt
• Supporting inner guidance and gentle clarity
This is a safe space to simply be while your system resets.
