What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
PLEASE NOTE: Even though ASMR can help you relax, it is in NO WAY a substitute for medical/psychological counsel, please reach out to your doctor if you're in need of medical support.
