Hard to believe this is based on a true story but here we are. I was putting together a lecture recently and this came up, which got me thinking... the CIA administering drugs to mostly unsuspecting folk to see if they could master mind control lends itself to ASMR. Well, not just any ASMR, but my kind of ASMR!
