Hey Guys,
Today I have for you a school counsellor roleplay which I hope you will enjoy!

The session is focused on a child who is struggling with their anger outbursts, so I explore multiple strategies for dealing with anger in healthy ways. Getting angry sometimes is normal and unavoidable in life, however how we choose to act on those emotions is what counts.

For something a bit different today I have included a paper ripping trigger segment which was suggested by one of my viewers a while ago :)
