This was supposed to be mousse, but it didn’t set... So pudding it is!
Also, the secret ingredient in this chocolate mousse is TOFU. 😲😲😲

I topped these cute little puddings with finely chopped dark chocolate and a super easy coconut cream concoction: canned coconut cream, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
(Please note, the recipe works fine as long as you leave the mousse to set overnight. I thought it would be okay with only a couple of hours of refrigeration, but not so. If you saw my last video '50 Foods Sounds in 5 Minutes' you may remember that I featured a wonderfully sticky and spongy chocolate mousse - and this recipe was it!)
