Hi everyone! In today's video, I am going to be talking through an idea that has been on my mind lately: appreciating personal growth as a means of being a more positive and motivated individual. I have often struggled with depression and feelings of being a failure in certain aspects of my life, and I have only recently been able to begin shifting my perspective into a more positive space that focuses more on acknowledging my strengths and accomplishments than my perceived inadequacies and shortcomings. I have long wanted to know how to make this step towards becoming a healthier and happier person, and now that I have found something that bridges that gap for me, I wanted to share it with you all, in the hopes of helping someone else.
