This video is all about chakra balancing, realigning and cleansing and we are going to be focusing on the root chakra mainly.
As you all may know the root chakra is our base chakra and it is the 1st chakra and it has to do everything that has to do with survival and animal instincts.
This chakra a is responsible for Shelter, food, survival and our primal instincts.
Hopefully after this video we can get your route shock right aligned in working perfectly!
