You want energy for your kids

So naturally you skip breakfast, barely eat, barely move, sleep 4 hours, and run the whole day on coffee and guilt 🙅‍♂️

Then you wonder why you feel like a zombie by 6pm and have nothing left for the people who actually matter ☠️

That’s not a motivation problem. That’s a stupid plan problem. You can’t fuel dad life on an empty tank and expect to be present, patient, and energized…

Here’s the fix, and it’s not a crash diet: eat real food, especially protein in the morning. Walk during the day. Train a few times a week. Sleep on an actual schedule. A modest deficit, not a hunger strike ‼️

Do that and your energy comes back. Then you’ve got something left for bedtime stories, the park, the chaos — instead of collapsing on the couch 🔥

You don’t need to suffer harder!

You need to stop running dad life on coffee, guilt, and 4 hours of sleep 🤝
