What is up my awesome blissful zen friends!! Tonight I am doing a request video from a viewer to only do strictly hand sounds for fist pounding or you can call it fist hitting. The arms fast and rapid hand sounds that I perform are pretty aggressive in this asmr video are all in different patterns and intensity using a few different items to pound on.
As you will see my videos are not just to help sleep or feel relax, but it is also designed to help empower people with positive words of encouragement at the ending of each video. I find its actually the best time for people to receive such powerful effective words to people is when they fall into a deep relaxed state, it makes it much easier for the mind to surrender and receive empowering messages to strengthen their soul.
