Hey there, hope youā€™re doing well and in a good place!

Today, Iā€™m quickly going over 5 different breathing techniques, in the hopes that you might find one you really like and can continue to use to reduce stress or fall asleep.

Itā€™s a good idea to start these breathing techniques sitting up, but you can do the final two laying down in bed if youā€™d prefer, especially if youā€™re trying to fall asleep.

Fun fact: I used the 4-7-8 breathing while at the dentist recently. Definitely helped me feel less stressed!

Iā€™m pretty awkward, and when I shot this, it was one of those ~extra~ awkward days, where I couldnā€™t really talk. Do you ever have those days too? No amount of editing can fix me lol. However, trying out the breathing techniques is hopefully worth it anyway! :)
